This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the mobile game Mystic Meadows Game (the “Game”), published for Android on Google Play.
By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The Game is published by the Mystic Meadows Game developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our single contact address for privacy questions, data requests and support is given in section 11 (Contact) at the end of this policy. Please write to it for anything covered by this document.
The Game collects the Android advertising ID (the resettable, user-specific identifier provided by Google Play services). The Game declares the following permission for this purpose:
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID" />
We use this identifier only for analytics: to understand how the Game is played and to improve it. Specifically, we use it to:
count installations, sessions and active players;
measure how often each feature is used — for example taming, breeding, relic crafting, the harp, the wildwood and upgrades;
see where players stop playing, so we can find and fix rough spots;
understand which screens and game modes are worth developing further;
measure retention over time, so we know whether our changes helped.
We do not use this identifier for advertising, and the Game does not display third-party advertising.

Because the Game has no login and no account system, this identifier is never combined with a name, an email address or any other directly identifying information, and it is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
You can control this identifier at any time from your device:
Android 13 and above: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID.
Android 12 and below: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or reset the identifier.
If you delete or reset the advertising ID, the Game continues to work normally. Analytics will simply count your session as a new one, and the identifier will no longer match earlier sessions from your device.
Your game progress — tamed beasts, gold, relics, room upgrades, almanac entries, achievements and your chosen theme and language — is saved locally on your device by the Game. This information is not sent to us and is not stored on any server we operate. It is removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall the Game.
The Game does not ask for, and does not collect, any of the following:
your name, postal address or email address;
your phone number;
your precise or approximate location;
your contacts, calendar or call logs;
your photos, videos, audio recordings or files;
your messages or any other user-generated content;
your device’s phone state, SIM data or carrier details;
any account credentials — the Game has no login and no account system.
The Game does not include chat, social features, or user-to-user communication.
We use the device / advertising ID for the single purpose described in section 2.1: analytics. That means measuring how the Game is used, so that we can maintain it, balance it and improve it.
We do not use it to show you advertising, to personalise advertising, or to follow your activity across other apps or websites. We do not sell your personal information.
The identifier may be processed through an analytics service used to operate and improve the Game. Such a service receives the identifier together with technical information about the session — for example device model, operating system version, app version, general region and in-game events. That information is used for the analytics purposes listed in section 2.1 and is handled under the service’s own privacy policy, which we recommend you review.
We do not authorise any analytics service to use this data for advertising.
A current list of the analytics services used in your version of the Game is available on request at the contact email above.
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us at the email above and we will take appropriate steps.
If you configure the Game’s Play Store listing to target children or families, you are responsible for ensuring that the analytics described in this policy comply with the Google Play Families policy, including the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR provisions on children’s data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability.
Because the Game does not operate an account system and stores your progress only on your device, most requests can be handled directly by you:
To remove local game progress: clear the Game’s data in your device settings, or uninstall the Game.
To limit or reset the identifier: use the Android advertising settings described in section 2.1.
For any other request — including requests relating to the device / advertising ID and the analytics described above — write to the contact email above. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Analytics records built on the identifier are retained by the analytics service for the period described in its own privacy policy. We do not maintain a separate database of advertising identifiers. Local game progress remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the Game.
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information involved in operating the Game. Data transmitted for analytics is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Analytics services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, those transfers rely on the safeguards described in the service’s own privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the Game adds or removes a feature or a service. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
