This privacy policy explains how Appcademy Team handles information when you play Mystery Kuih: Unbox ASMR on Android, use online features, visit this page or contact us.
Your progress, collection, Leaf Stars, daily gift timing, preferences and purchase entitlement are saved on your device. Android backup or device-transfer services may also retain app data under your device settings. The game does not offer general cloud-save synchronisation.
Online features use Google Firebase. Anonymous sign-in creates a technical user identifier without asking for your name or email. Fan Favorites stores that identifier with your selected Kuihling and vote timing to maintain one current vote per identifier and calculate aggregate rankings. You do not need a public player profile to vote.
Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity help verify requests and reduce abuse. These services process technical information about your app, device and requests. Hosting and backend providers may process IP addresses, request times and security or error logs to operate and protect the service.
Google Play processes payments. Purchase identifiers or tokens and product information are used to verify purchases and restores with Google Play and deliver your entitlement. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Remove Ads removes interstitial advertising; optional rewarded ads remain available.
The game integrates Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. When advertising is available in your build and requests are permitted, Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions and diagnostic information for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The information used depends on your device, age treatment, region and privacy choices.
Google consent tools manage applicable advertising choices. Revisit available choices through the game’s privacy controls. Declining consent does not require a purchase. Ad availability may differ by region, device or consent status.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, resolve issues and consider suggestions for future kuih. Please avoid passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Suggestions are optional.
If you leave a Google Play review, Google handles it under your Google account and Play settings. Published reviews may be visible to others. We do not receive a private confirmation that you submitted a rating.
We use service providers to operate the game, verify purchases, provide advertising and handle support. These include Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob and our website hosting providers. We may disclose information where necessary to meet legal obligations, investigate abuse or protect users and the service. We do not sell your support messages or Fan Favorites ballot records.
Advertising-related processing can fall within legal definitions of sharing or targeted advertising. Available regional privacy controls let you express the relevant choices. Providers may process information outside your country. Our current Fan Favorites database is hosted in Singapore; other provider systems may operate elsewhere.
You can change game preferences, revisit available advertising privacy options, and choose whether to use online features, view rewarded ads, make purchases or contact us.
Local progress remains until app data is cleared or otherwise removed; device backups may persist separately. Clearing app data can remove progress and your anonymous identity. It does not automatically delete server records or cancel a Google Play transaction.
We retain online vote records while needed to maintain the voting service and prevent abuse. Support correspondence and security records are retained as needed for their stated purposes, dispute handling or legal requirements. Records may remain in provider backups after deletion. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for every category.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or raise a concern with a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Mystery Kuih is intended for ages 13 and above. A 13+ audience does not mean every player can independently consent to all processing in every country. Age-related protections and applicable consent requirements must still be respected. If you believe a child below 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This policy page does not contain advertising, a contact form or analytics tags added by Appcademy Team. Email links open your mail app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The website hosting service may process connection and security information to deliver this page.
We use measures such as encrypted connections, restricted backend access and request verification to protect information. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

For deletion, use the subject “Mystery Kuih — data deletion” and explain which data you want removed. If possible, contact us before clearing app data so we can help identify your anonymous account. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where legally required.
To remove a Google Play review or manage information held directly by Google, use your Google account or Google Play controls.
