MySmartGoals is a personal productivity and goal tracking application.
Information we collect

1. Account information
If you create an account or sign in using Google, we may process your email address, profile information, and authentication identifier.
2. Goals and app content
The app stores goals, progress, schedules, statistics, achievements, notes, and related productivity data that you create inside the app.
3. Microphone access
The app may request microphone permission to provide voice input and speech recognition features. Audio is used only to convert speech into text for goal creation, notes, or AI mentor messages. The app does not use the microphone in the background.
4. AI Mentor messages
If you use AI Mentor features, your messages may be sent to an AI service provider to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information into AI chat.
5. Advertising data
The app may use Google AdMob or similar advertising services. These services may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, approximate location, app interaction data, and diagnostic information to show and measure ads.
6. Purchase information
The app may use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to process subscriptions or in-app purchases. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Payments are handled by Google Play.
7. Device and diagnostic information
The app may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and performance data to improve stability.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide app features;
- save and synchronize your goals and progress;
- enable voice input;
- provide AI Mentor responses;
- show ads;
- process purchases and subscriptions;
- improve app performance and security;
- comply with legal and platform requirements.

- Google Play Services;
- Google Sign-In;
- Google AdMob;
- Google Play Billing;
- RevenueCat;
- Firebase or Supabase;

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Some data may be stored locally on your device, and some data may be stored or processed by third-party services used by the app.
Children's privacy
MySmartGoals is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
User choices
You can:
- deny microphone permission;
- reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings;
- uninstall the app;
- contact us to request deletion of account-related data where applicable.
