This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application My Scheduler ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. The App is published by AARESS-AITECH (proprietor: Ranvir Singh), Gurgaon, India.
By using My Scheduler, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
My Scheduler is designed to work entirely offline. This policy explains, plainly, what that means for your privacy.
My Scheduler does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Specifically:
Your events, reminders, notes, and any locked/encrypted content are stored only on your device, in a local database.
Nothing you enter into the app is ever sent to us, to Google, or to any third party.
The app does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services of any kind.
The app does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use it.
My Scheduler uses your device's own notification system to remind you of events you've scheduled. This happens entirely on your device and involves no data leaving your phone.
Events you choose to lock are protected using AES-256 encryption, performed entirely on your device. The password and security question you set are also stored only on your device, in encrypted form. We have no way to access, recover, or view this information, as it is never transmitted anywhere.
My Scheduler offers an optional one-time purchase to continue using the app after its free trial period. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information — that is handled directly between you and Google, under Google Play's own privacy policy.
Any information related to your purchase is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We receive only confirmation from Google that a purchase was completed, which is used to unlock the App's features on your device.
The app may request the following device permissions, used only for the stated purpose:
Notifications — to show you event reminders
Exact alarm scheduling — to ensure reminders fire at the correct time
No permission is used to collect or transmit data.
My Scheduler does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data from anyone at all.
International Users
My Scheduler is available to users in India and internationally. Because the App stores data locally on your device and does not transmit it, your information does not cross borders through the App. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable in your own jurisdiction regarding the information you choose to store.
This policy is intended to align with applicable data-protection principles, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable international frameworks. As we do not collect personal data, most obligations relating to data collection and processing do not arise.
If this policy is ever updated, the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Since the app collects no data, changes are expected to be rare and minor (for example, reflecting new features).
Your Rights
Because your information never leaves your device and we never hold it, you retain complete and direct control:
Access — all your information is visible to you within the App.
Correction — you may edit any entry at any time.
Deletion — you may delete any entry, clear all App data, or uninstall the App to remove your information.
We cannot access, retrieve, correct, or delete your information on your behalf, because we do not hold it.
