MySavior provides Christian inspirational content and widget personalization.
The app is available worldwide.
3) DATA WE PROCESS
a) Data you provide:
- Display name entered in onboarding (stored locally on your device)
- Support messages you send by email
b) Data stored locally on-device:
- Content preferences, widget/theme/font settings, likes, reminders, and app state
c) Subscription data:
- Purchase and entitlement status via Apple + RevenueCat
d) Analytics/attribution data:
- Product analytics and campaign attribution events via Mixpanel, RevenueCat, and Meta/Facebook attribution services
- Includes event/category data (for example onboarding source choices)
e) Permissions:
- Notifications: requested only if you choose reminders
- Photos: requested only when you choose to save an image
f) Unsplash feature:
- If you search/select Unsplash images, requests are sent to Unsplash APIs
4) WHAT WE DO NOT RUN
- No account system
- No developer-run backend database for user profiles/content
- No direct collection by us of precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data
- No ATT prompt in the app and no ATT-based tracking flow
5) WHY WE USE DATA
- Run app features
- Personalize content/widgets
- Manage subscriptions and restores
- Improve product quality and UX
- Send reminders you enabled
- Provide support
6) SHARING
We do not sell your personal information.
Data may be processed by: Apple, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Meta/Facebook attribution services, and Unsplash (when that feature is used).
7) RETENTION
- Local app data remains on your device until deleted/reset
- Support emails retained as needed for support/legal reasons
- Provider-side retention follows each provider's policies
8) YOUR CHOICES
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings
- Manage/cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings

9) CHILDREN
MySavior is not specifically directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10) CHANGES

Do not misuse the app, violate laws, or infringe third-party rights.
6) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Meta/Facebook attribution services, and Unsplash APIs.
Their own terms/policies apply where relevant.
7) DISCLAIMER
Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law.
Content is inspirational and not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
8) LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the app.
9) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, except where mandatory consumer law applies.
10) CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
