Images and Photos: We access your device’s camera and photo library only when you explicitly upload a photo of your room. These images are processed to generate AI redesigns.
Account Information: If you sign in, we collect your email address and authentication ID to save your preferences and project history.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., which features are used most) to improve app performance.
3. Third-Party Services We use trusted third-party services to operate our app. These providers have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for backend storage, authentication, and analytics.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchase data.
Apple: Payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card information.

5. Data Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

1. Agreement to Terms By downloading or using MyHome: AI Interior Design, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
2. Description of Service MyHome is an AI-powered tool that allows users to upload photos of rooms and generate virtual interior design modifications.
3. User Content & License
You retain all rights and ownership of the photos you upload.
By uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display the content solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI designs.
4. Subscriptions & Billing MyHome offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
No Refunds: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the app to upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the AI-generated results will be 100% accurate or realistic in every instance.
7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall MyHome or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
