When you submit a booking form, we collect the following information:

Email and Phone Number: To contact you regarding your booking.
Pickup (and Stops if added) and Drop-off Locations: To process your ride request.
Ride Vehicle: Vehicle for the ride
Passengers: How many passengers will be riding.
Ride Date and Time: To schedule your ride.
Bulky Luggage, Child Seats, Additional Notes: Any special instructions you provide.
Payment Method: Which method will you be using to pay. Â (Note that this is an in-person payment, not through the app.)
We do not collect or track your device's location or any payment information.
We use the information you provide to:
Process and manage your ride booking.
Share your booking details with the assigned driver.
Send you a confirmation of your booking.
Your booking details are shared only with the assigned driver to facilitate your ride. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
