Hi! I'm Myrla Barbosa, currently an adjunct professor at Universidade Estadual de Alagoas (UNEAL) - Brazil.

I was a postdoctoral researcher working under the supervision of A. A. Henni at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) - Brazil.

Previously, I've obtained my PhD in Mathematics at Roma Tre University - Italy, under the supervision of Margarida Melo.

My main research area is Algebraic Geometry.

Research interests: classical and tropical moduli spaces and their compactifications,  the rank of divisors on nodal and tropical curves.
