This Privacy Policy applies to the Ringtones app (hereinafter referred to as the "App") for mobile devices created by AxioAI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. 

This service is intended for use "as is."

Information Collection and Use

The App collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)

- The pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

- Time spent on the request

- The operating system you use on your mobile device

To improve your experience, the App uses the following third-party services:

1. Google AdMob: To serve personalized and non-personalized ads.

2. Firebase Analytics: To collect anonymous data on how the app is used (e.g., sessions, screen views).

3. Firebase Remote Config: To manage and update app behavior and appearance (such as ad settings) remotely.

4. Firebase Crashlytics: To collect technical crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Specified Ringtones and Data Use

To provide its basic functionality, the App requires certain permissions. 

We are transparent about how we use these:

1. Contacts Permission (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS)

The App requests access to your contacts solely to allow you to assign a specific ringtone to a specific contact from within the App. 

We do not upload, sync, or share your contact list with any server or third party. 

All contact data processing is done locally on your device.

2. System Settings (WRITE_SETTINGS)

This permission is required to change your device's default ringtone, notification sound, or alarm based on your preferences.

3. Storage Permission (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

For devices running older versions of Android (Android 12 and below), the App requires access to your device's storage. 

This is essential for:

- Saving Ringtones: To save or set audio files as your default ringtone, notification sound, or alarm.

- Reading Audio: To allow the App to preview and play audio files from your device.

The App only accesses files necessary for its core functionality. 

We do not collect, upload, or share any of your personal files or media stored on your device.

Aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transferred to third-party services to help the service provider improve and maintain the application.

Opt-out Rights

You can easily stop all information collection by the app by uninstalling it. 

You can use standard uninstallation methods available as part of your mobile device, or via the mobile app store or the web.

Children

The service provider does not knowingly solicit or market data to children under the age of 13.

 The service provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

 If the service provider discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, the service provider will delete that information immediately.

 If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the service provider (mhmadrassas@gmail.com) so that they can take the necessary action.

Security

The service provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. 

The service provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information that the service provider processes and holds.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. 

The service provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.

Advertising (AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

1. The Right to Opt In/Out of Data Sharing

You have the right to know if your personal data is being shared.

 We share Ad IDs with Google AdMob for the purpose of personalizing ads. 

You can manage this via device settings:

- Android: Settings > Google Ads > Delete Ad ID or Opt out of personalization.

- EEA/UK Users: You can manage consent via the "Privacy Settings" link in the app.

2. The Right to Erasure (The Right to Be Forgotten)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

- Local Data: You can delete recordings directly from the app.

- Third-Party Data: To delete data associated with your Ad ID, you must reset/delete your Ad ID in your device settings.

3. Right to Access and Rectification

You have the right to access and correct inaccurate personal data. 

Since our app stores data locally, you can correct data (like renaming files) directly in the app.

Data Retention Policy

- Audio Files: We do not store copies on our servers.

- Advertising Data: Collected by Google AdMob and retained in accordance with Google's policies (typically 13-26 months).

Compliance with Legal Frameworks

- GDPR (EU/UK): Advertising data is processed based on consent via the CMP window.

- CCPA (California): We do not sell personal information for money. 

   We share identifiers for advertising contexts.

- LGPD (Brazil) / VCDPA (Virginia): We provide rights for access, rectification, portability, and deletion.
