Photos you take or select within the app are sent to Google's Gemini AI service for item identification purposes only. We do not store these photos on our servers.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location unless you voluntarily provide it through customer support.
Scan history, app preferences, and purchase records are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MyReseller uses the following third-party services:
- Google Gemini AI (for item identification)
- eBay API (for price data)
- RevenueCat and Apple App Store (for processing in-app purchases)
- Apple's StoreKit (for payment processing)
These services may collect data as described in their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.
DATA SECURITY
We do not maintain a backend server that stores your personal data. All app data remains on your device unless explicitly shared with the third-party services listed above for the app's core functionality.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MyReseller provides AI-powered item identification and price estimation tools to assist users in making reselling decisions. Price estimates are based on third-party market data and AI analysis and are provided for informational purposes only.
NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
Price estimates, buy/sell recommendations, and profit projections provided by the app are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Market prices fluctuate and actual resale value may differ significantly from app estimates. You are solely responsible for any purchasing or selling decisions you make.
NO AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION
MyReseller does not verify, authenticate, or guarantee the authenticity of any item. The app provides no opinion on whether an item is genuine, counterfeit, or otherwise. Users are solely responsible for determining the authenticity and legality of any item before buying or selling it.
IN-APP PURCHASES
The app offers consumable scan packs for purchase. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to Apple's standard refund policies and are not handled directly by us.
