Account Information: When you sign up or log in using your Google account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture via Firebase Authentication.
1.2 Receipt Data
User Content: Any receipts, invoices, or related files (e.g., PDFs, images) that you upload are stored securely in Firebase Storage and linked to your account.
1.3 Usage, Device & Advertising Data
We automatically collect limited data such as:
App feature usage
Device model and OS version
Crash reports and diagnostic logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Ad interactions and anonymized advertising identifiers (via Google AdMob)
This helps us understand how users interact with the App and support ad monetization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
To Provide Core Features: Including storing and organizing receipts, syncing your data across devices, and managing your account.
To Improve the App: Usage data and crash reports help us identify bugs and enhance user experience.
To Show Ads: We use Google AdMob to display in-app ads. AdMob may collect anonymized data for ad targeting and analytics.
To Communicate With You: We may send important updates or information regarding your account or changes to our policies.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is securely stored using Google’s Firebase infrastructure:
Encryption: Files and personal data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access Control: Only you can access your uploaded data when logged in with your credentials.
Security Practices: We implement standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access and breaches.
4. Ads and Monetization
We use Google AdMob to serve ads within the App. AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as your advertising ID, device information, and usage behavior) to display personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device’s settings.
We do not use any subscription or in-app purchase model. All features of the App are currently free to use.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. Your information may be shared only under the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We rely on trusted tools like Firebase and AdMob for hosting, analytics, authentication, and advertising.

6. Your Rights & Choices
Access and Modify: You may access and edit your profile information directly within the App.
Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account from within the App. This action deletes all stored data and receipts associated with your account from our servers.

We integrate the following third-party services:
Firebase by Google: Authentication, real-time database, crash reporting, analytics, and cloud storage.

8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date and notify users through the App or via email if significant changes occur. Please review this policy periodically.
