I am a lecturer (assistant professor) in finance at the University of Bristol. I completed my PhD in finance at Baruch College. I also hold a PhD in theoretical physics from University of Rochester, and an MS and BS in physics from Bilkent University, Turkey.

My research interests lie in applications of machine learning in finance, theoretical and empirical asset pricing, social/behavioral finance, climate finance, and macro finance.
