My Notes — Privacy Policy

My Notes ("the app") is made by Sibar and published on Google Play by Saba Development. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how you can delete it. The short version: your notes are yours. We do not show ads, track you, or sell or share your data.
What we store
- Your notes and folders: the titles, text, folder names, colours and dates you create in the app.
- An anonymous ID: a random identifier created automatically for your device so your notes can be saved to your own private space. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or any login.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID or analytics.
Why we store it
Only to run the app: to save your notes and keep them safe if the app is closed or restarted. Your data is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Where it is stored
Notes are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a service provided by Google LLC, and are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Security rules ensure each anonymous ID can read and write only its own notes. See Firebase's privacy information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The app also downloads its font (Nunito) from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your device's IP address when the font is fetched. No personal data is sent.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. Google processes it only as our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleting a note removes it from the cloud.
Deleting your data
Open the app → Settings → Delete all my data. This permanently erases all your notes, folders and your anonymous ID from our servers. You can also email us (below) and we will delete it for you.
Note: because there is no login, your notes are tied to this device. If you uninstall the app, you may not be able to get them back.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It collects no names, emails or other identifying details from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
