BASILICA OF ST PETER AND PAUL

The basilica in Dillingen is a co-cathedral of the diocese of Augsburg. The current church was built in the beginning of 17th century on the foundation of earlier churches.

I stopped here in the moment when the basilica was under reconstruction and closed for visitors. It was a bit unfortunate but the beautiful spring morning granted me a nice tour of the city. There will be a moment to return...
