Its history was started as a church erected on a hill followed by a benedictine abbey church. It had to be renovated after bombing in the second world war. The crypt is its oldest place.

It was already late in the evening and I was tired after a full day. I parked below the hill and climbed the stairs up, walked around and continued refreshed on my journey.
