There was a statue of Pieta found amidst three old oaks in 1656 by local furrier Mathias Weinberger. At the beginning of 18th century, a beautiful baroque pilgrimage church was built here.

I visited it on my way through the north of Austria. Almost like a spiritual motel standing right next to the main street No 2 from Hollabrunn to Horn, it allows you to pay a quick visit and immerse yourself into a beautiful legend of a Marian statue found in the middle of three oaks.
