OVERVIEW
This policy explains how My Turtle handles information when you play the game, view advertisements, or contact us.
GAME DATA
The game stores your progress, coins, customizations, and settings in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not receive or store this game data on our servers. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game.
ADVERTISING
My Turtle displays advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). To provide ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share your IP address; app interactions, including launches, taps, and ad views; diagnostic information; and device or account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID. An IP address may be used to estimate general location. Google states that data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Google handles information collected by its services under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage Google ad-personalization choices at https://myadcenter.google.com/ and manage the Android Advertising ID through your device settings.
EMAIL AND PRIVACY REQUESTS
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use it to respond to you and retain it only as long as needed to handle your request or meet legal obligations.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
Game data stays in the app’s private storage on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game. It is not sent to our servers. Google Mobile Ads handles advertising information as described above and applies its own retention and deletion practices. Information sent to us by email is retained only as long as needed to respond or meet legal obligations.
