Nutty Professor II: The Klumps is a 2000 American science fiction comedy film directed by Peter Segal. It is the sequel to the 1996 film The Nutty Professor and stars Eddie Murphy in multiple roles. Professor Sherman Klump has created a new de-aging  formula. 

Janet plays Denise Gains, a DNA researcher and love interest for Sherman.
