 These Terms govern the use of this app \"My Hospital Memo　（私の病院メモ）\". 

By using this app, you agree to these Terms.

This app stores all data entered by the user only on the user's device. 

No data is transmitted to external servers, and no personally identifiable

 information is collected. The iOS AutoFill feature may appear in text input

 fields, but this is an OS-level function and the app does not access or use any

 personal information.

Article 3 (Communications) 

This app works basically offline. If communication features are added in the future,

 we will notify users in advance and obtain consent before implementation. 

Article 4 (Disclaimer) 

The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this app.

 Article 5 (Changes and Termination) 

The developer may change the content of this app or terminate the service without

 prior notice to users.

 Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be changed as necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time

 they are posted within this app.

本規約は､ 本アプリ ｢私の病院メモ｣ 以下 ｢本アプリ｣ の 利用条件を定めるものです｡

 本アプリをご利用の方 以下 ｢ユーザー｣は､ 本規約に同意した上でご利用ください｡

 第2条 個人情報の取り扱い

本アプリは､ ユーザーが入力した情報等のデータをお 客様のデバイス内のみに

保存します｡ 外部サーバーへのデ ータ送信は一切行いません｡ 

また､ 個人を特定できる情報 の収集も行いません｡ なお､ テキスト入力欄ではiOSの

A utoFill機能が表示される場合がありますが､ これはOS 側の機能であり､ 本アプリが

個人情報を取得・利用するこ とはありません｡ 

第3条 通信について

本アプリは基本的にオフラインで動作します｡ 将来的に通信 機能を追加する場合は､ 

事前にユーザーへ通知し､ 同意を得 た上で実装します｡ 

第4条 免責事項

本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても､ 開発 者は責任を負いません｡

第5条 アプリの変更・終了

開発者は､ ユーザーへの事前告知なく､ 本アプリの内容変更・ サービス終了を行う場合があります｡あらかじめご了承くださ い｡ 

第6条 規約の変更

本規約は､ 必要に応じて変更される場合があります｡ 

変更後の 規約は本アプリ内に掲示した時点から効力を有します｡
