My Girl – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stupid Game Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game "My Girl" (package: com.stupid.ai.girlfriend) (the "Game"). By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information collected automatically
The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect technical information such as your device model, operating system, device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, language, and anonymous gameplay statistics (for example: levels completed, whether the chat screen was opened, number of messages sent and time spent in the Game). We use this to operate, analyze and improve the Game and to show ads.
b) Information you enter in the Game
- An in-game player name you may choose (optional).
- Text messages you type when chatting with the characters.
We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location.
2. AI CHAT FEATURES
The Game contains chat features in which the characters' replies are generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
- What is sent: when you chat, the messages you type, a limited number of recent messages of the conversation, your in-game player name and short notes the Game remembers about the conversation are sent to OpenAI's API to generate the character's reply. We do not send your device ID, location, contacts or account information to OpenAI.
- How it is handled: OpenAI processes this data only to provide the reply. Under OpenAI's API policies, data sent through the API is not used to train their models and may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which it is deleted.
- Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial information or ID numbers) in the chat.
- AI-generated content: messages from the characters are fictional and generated automatically. They may sometimes be inaccurate or inappropriate and do not represent the views of Stupid Game Studio.
3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your chat history, your in-game player name, your game progress and the short notes the characters remember about you are stored only locally on your device. We do not store them on our own servers. You can remove messages at any time by long-pressing a message and choosing "Remove for you", or remove all of this data by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling the Game.
4. REPORTING AI MESSAGES
You can report any AI-generated message by long-pressing it and choosing "Report". When you report a message, the text of that message, the reason you selected and the character's name are sent to us (through Google Firebase) so that we can review it and improve the content. Reports do not include your personal contact information.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

- OpenAI (AI chat replies): https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
We never sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only to operate the features described in this policy.
6. ADVERTISING
The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt out of interest-based ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization).
7. DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Google Firebase according to its standard retention settings. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
9. CHILDREN
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
