Informativa sulla privacy – myGI Diary
Ultimo aggiornamento: 16 ottobre 2026
Quali dati tratta l'app
Modifiche

myGI Diary is developed by Giacomo Rando. For questions about this policy: giacran@libero.it
What you enter (meals, symptoms, notes, medications, language and reminder settings) is stored only on your device. The app has no accounts, uses no analytics or advertising services, contains no tracking tools and does not send your data to me or to anyone else. I have no access to the data you enter. The app does not ask for access to the internet, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
Reminders are local notifications created by your device at the times you choose. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in the system settings.
The PDF, the backup (JSON) and the table (CSV) are created on your device. You decide whom to share them with and through which app.
On Android the app excludes its data from the automatic backup to Google Drive. If you set up a new phone using a direct phone-to-phone transfer, the system may copy the data between the two devices. On iPhone the app's data may be included in the device backup (iCloud or computer), depending on your Apple account settings.
To move your diary to another phone, tap the bell at the top of the app and, in the Data & backup section, choose Save backup (JSON); on the new device use Restore from backup.
Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored by the app from your device. Copies you exported or shared stay where you saved them.
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
myGI Diary is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses or clinical advice. Its summaries show only the data you enter. For health matters, talk to your doctor.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
