  This Privacy Policy describes how C.O.R.E ("we", "us", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using C.O.R.E, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  We collect the following to provide and improve the app:

  - Account information: your email address, and your name/profile details if you sign in with Google or Apple.

  - Authentication data: we use email/password, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In to create and secure your account.

  - Fitness and usage data: the equipment you select, the workouts you generate, your progress, and preferences (such as units of measurement).

  - App activity / analytics: events about how you use the app (for example, screens visited and features used), so we can understand engagement and improve the experience.

  2. How We Use Your Information

  - To create and manage your account and authenticate you.

  - To generate personalized, equipment-aware workouts and save your progress.

  - To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the app.

  - To respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

  3. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected

  Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend and database provider. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS. We restrict access to your data to what is necessary to operate the app.

  4. Sharing of Information

  We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us run the app (such as Supabase for hosting/database, and Google/Apple for sign-in), and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

  5. Data Retention and Deletion

  We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing us at workouts.core@gmail.com. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

  6. Children's Privacy

  C.O.R.E is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

  7. Third-Party Services

  The app relies on third-party services that may process limited data under their own privacy policies, including Supabase, Google, and Apple.

  8. Changes to This Policy

  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
