1. Information Collection and Use
As a pure utility application, we adhere to the principle of "data minimization." The App does not collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information (PII) to any external or third-party servers. All operations are processed locally on your device.
To provide our core features, we require access to the following system permissions:
Bluetooth Permissions (Bluetooth / Bluetooth Admin / Bluetooth Scan / Bluetooth Connect)
Purpose: Used to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices, establish connections, and receive data streams. This is the core functionality of the App.
Data Handling: All received Bluetooth data is processed and displayed in real-time on your local device. We do not transmit this data to the cloud.
Location Permissions (Important Note for Android 11 and lower)
Purpose: Due to the underlying security architecture of the Android OS, accessing Location services is a mandatory prerequisite for scanning Bluetooth (especially Bluetooth Low Energy / BLE) devices on Android 11 and lower versions.
Data Handling: We request this permission solely to satisfy the Android system requirements for Bluetooth hardware access. The App NEVER collects, records, tracks, or shares your actual geographical location or GPS data.
2. Data Storage and Retention
Local Storage Only: Any runtime data, logs, or custom configurations generated within the App are saved exclusively in your device's local storage.
Data Erasure: If you uninstall the App, all associated locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.
3. Third-Party Sharing and SDKs
The App does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, data analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-purpose utility tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have inadvertently received any information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove it.
