Information we collect as you use our service

When a user Sign In into our application, we collect 3 personal information about the user. It contains the user's Email id, Name and Profile Picture. This information is then saved to our database with your unique email id. All this information is highly secured as we are using Google database service, Firestore for storing users data.

As our application demands, we also get our users authorized from YouTube Data API with a scope to read only information. By this, we receive a unique token for your account from the YouTube Data API services. Which, then saved to our database. As this token get's expired after 1 or 2 hours, so we also demand for an offline access, which gives us a refresh token. This refresh token is then used to create a new access token, without asking it again from the users. Apart from these tokens, we Do Not save any of the users YouTube Account information.

We highly respect the privacy of our users, so we perform actions according to it. After all these high security measures, if any data leakage happens, we will not be responsible for it.

How we use your information

In order to give a personalized response and identify a user uniquely, we use their Email id for the same. This then becomes a unique id of a user throughout our application flow.

Our application performs 2 main actions. One getting information about users YouTube Channel, second getting information about users latest uploaded video. So we use your Access Token to get these information from the YouTube Data API with a scope to read only information.

Also, we use user logs to measure app usage and to debug any issues to make our application better.

Children Information

We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or a guardian have any problem about there children information, can always contact us (using the contact email id in the bottom section) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove their account information from our database.

Do we Share any users personal data

We Do Not share any information about our users with anyone!

Cookies and Web Beacons

In order to increase response time, we save users YouTube Upload Playlist Id to Google Assistant cookies. Which can be seen or deleted by the users through there Google Assistant app. Apart from this, we Do Not use any other cookies in our application.

Can Users remove their information from our database?

Yes, if any user has any problem regarding there privacy, they can always contact us (using the contact email id in the bottom section) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove their account information from our database.
