Mycella AI (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an AI-powered study and productivity application. This Privacy Policy explains how Mycella AI collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Mycella AI may collect or process the following types of information:

1.1 User-provided content

When you use AI tools, you may enter topics, text, study materials, test questions, prompts, or document content. This content is used to generate essays, summaries, presentations, flashcards, quizzes, study plans, or other AI outputs.

1.2 Generated content

The app may store generated documents, tests, flashcards, study plans, presentations, or export files locally on your device or in app storage.

1.3 Purchase information

When you purchase coins, subscriptions, or MycellaAI Agent credits through Google Play, we receive purchase-related information such as product ID, purchase token, order status, and verification result. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

1.4 Authentication information for MycellaAI Agent

The main Mycella AI study features do not require sign-in. However, the MycellaAI Agent module may require Google Sign-In. When you sign in, the app may receive your Google account identity token and send it securely to our backend to create or verify your account session. We do not store your Google password.

1.5 Device and app information

The app may use a stable install identifier, app version, platform information, and technical diagnostics to support security, purchase verification, backend access, and troubleshooting.

1.6 Advertising data

The app may display rewarded ads or other ads using Yandex Mobile Ads. The advertising provider may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and other information according to its own policies and SDK behavior.

1.7 Analytics and crash diagnostics

The app may use analytics or diagnostic tools such as AppMetrica or Firebase-related logging to understand app performance, errors, and usage patterns.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- provide AI generation features;

- create and export documents, tests, presentations, flashcards, and study plans;

- manage local coins and app features;

- verify Google Play purchases and subscriptions;

- verify MycellaAI Agent credits through the backend;

- authenticate MycellaAI Agent users;

- prevent fraud and duplicate purchase crediting;

- improve app stability and user experience;

- show rewarded ads and manage ad rewards;

- provide customer support and troubleshooting.

3. AI Processing

User-provided text may be sent to AI service providers, including DeepSeek, to generate requested outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential documents, passwords, financial account details, medical secrets, or content you do not have the right to process.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play handles payment methods and billing information. The app only receives purchase tokens, product IDs, and purchase state information needed to grant coins, subscriptions, or MycellaAI Agent credits.

MycellaAI Agent credits are credited only after backend verification. The app does not locally create or modify the MycellaAI Agent USD wallet balance without backend confirmation.

5. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with:

- AI service providers for generating requested content;

- Google Play for billing and purchase verification;

- Google Sign-In services for authentication;

- advertising SDK providers such as Yandex Mobile Ads;

- analytics and crash reporting providers;

- backend infrastructure providers used to operate the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Storage

Some generated content may be stored locally on your device. MycellaAI Agent account, wallet, session, and purchase verification data may be stored on our backend systems. We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain app functionality.

7. User Choices

You may:

- avoid sign-in if you only use the main study tools that do not require authentication;

- choose not to watch rewarded ads;

- manage subscriptions and purchases through Google Play;

- delete locally generated files from the app where deletion is available;

- contact us to request support regarding your data.

8. Children and Students

Mycella AI is designed for general study and productivity use. Users should not submit sensitive personal data or private information belonging to other people. If you are under the age required by local law to use online services independently, use the app with guidance from a parent, guardian, or educational institution.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no online service or mobile app can guarantee complete security. Do not submit highly sensitive or confidential information into AI prompts.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services including:

- Google Play Billing;

- Google Sign-In;

- DeepSeek AI services;

- Yandex Mobile Ads;

- AppMetrica or analytics/diagnostic tools;

- Firebase-related diagnostic transport where applicable.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
