How to Create an Outreach Program
Creating an outreach program is as simple is following a few steps and sending us an email at myartbeatsfl@gmail.com! We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible.
Email Format:
1. Title the email with your name and the proposed name for your outreach program.
2. Tell us a little bit about who you are and the reason why you want to start this program. We want to get to know you!
3. Provide us information about your outreach program which must include the program name, area/location, target audience you intend to impact, proposed start date/frequency of events, along with whatever else you feel the need to include.
4. Explain what we can provide for you beyond the platform and guidance.
5. Provide a short mission statement.
6. Provide a list of your officer positions (or proposed officer positions given your application was accepted).
