It has a specific focus on coordinating GBV

humanitarian response interventions as well as interlinking peace-building activities to wider development and humanitarian work as they pertain to GBV. The aim of the Myanmar GBV Sub-Cluster is to strengthen efforts to address the full range of issues confronting women and girls affected by violence across contexts through improved coordination and contribute to achieve long-term safety and security for women and girls. The Myanmar GBV Sub-Cluster also functions as a vital preparedness platform, seeking to strengthen GBV responses to natural disasters.
