If My Wallet provides an optional cloud backup or synchronization feature and you choose to enable it, relevant information may also be transmitted to and stored on servers used to provide that functionality.
Data transmitted between the app and supported servers is protected using appropriate encrypted connections.
If you do not enable an available cloud backup or synchronization feature, certain financial information may remain only on your device.
Deleting the app or losing your device may therefore result in the loss of locally stored data that has not been backed up.
We may use limited third-party service providers when necessary to operate and maintain My Wallet.
These providers may include services used for:
Cloud hosting and synchronization;
Crash reporting and diagnostics;
Google Play purchases and subscription management;

We do not authorize third-party service providers to use your financial records for their own advertising purposes.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide My Wallet, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Financial records stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to any backups you may have created.
If cloud synchronization or account-based storage is enabled, data may remain associated with your account until it is deleted.
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we may remove inactive account information after reasonable notice where appropriate.
Backup copies may remain temporarily in secure backup systems before being automatically overwritten or deleted in accordance with normal backup cycles.
Certain limited records may be retained for a longer period if required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution.
You may request deletion of your My Wallet account and associated personal data at any time, where account functionality is provided.
Account deletion may be available directly through the app settings. You may also submit a deletion request by contacting:
goldeneyecash3@gmail.com
After a verified deletion request, personal information associated with your account will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Data contained in temporary backup systems may remain for a limited additional period until those backups are automatically overwritten.
Deleting your cloud account does not necessarily remove files that you previously exported, downloaded, or shared outside My Wallet.

Depending on the relevant feature, these measures may include:
Encrypted network connections;
Secure authentication methods;
Restricted access to systems containing user information;

The My Wallet Android application itself does not rely on traditional browser cookies for its core financial tracking functions.
If we operate a website or web-based service associated with My Wallet, that service may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, authentication, functionality, or other disclosed purposes.
Any use of non-essential tracking technologies will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
My Wallet does not use your financial records for targeted advertising.
If advertising features are introduced in a future version of the app, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated before such processing begins.
If optional cloud services or third-party service providers process data outside your country or region, information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
Where legally required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy when My Wallet introduces new features, changes how information is processed, or when legal requirements change.
If an update materially affects how personal information is processed, we may provide notice through the app or another appropriate method.
