The Summer Meals Site Finder has officially closed for the season now that schools are back in session. Check back in early May 2024 when the Site Finder will go live again for the 2024 summer period.

I think I may have found the solution to the morning get-dressed battle, but I may have created a new bedtime take-it-off fight! Fine, sleep in it, too. After all, this is the summer of the Romper!

Registration is simple and flexible. Register your child for as many summer day camp sessions as you want and still schedule summer vacations! No matter what you choose, your child will have a safe, memorable summer! Before registering for summer day camps or summer playgrounds/teen centers, set up a free ParksDirect account.

The 2023 Summer Free For All Free Lunch + Play program has ended. Portlanders played for days at our 24 Free Lunch + Play sites and five mobile sites across the City of Portland! We served over 50,000 meals to youth, employed over 90 staff, worked with four school district nutrition programs, and worked with over 20 program partners. We'd like to thank our nutrition services partners including Portland Public Schools, Centennial School District, David Douglas School District, and Parkrose School District for providing lunches for over 50,000 youth this summer!

Your student can get back on track with the Keystone Credit Recovery Program. Students will experience added flexible online learning elements that traditional summer school programs don't offer. With pre-approval from their school, students can independently take courses, enroll at any time and begin courses when they're ready.

Summer Intensive Series can be used for summer school, tutoring programs, or targeted interventions. We also offer materials that tutors or teachers can use to facilitate rich math discussions around the core ideas of each Intensive Series.

Each digital lesson in the summer program takes about 30 minutes to complete. Kids work through each component at their own pace. After completing one lesson, they automatically go on to the next lesson.

We offer learn to swim classes for adults and kids, as well as toddlers in the fall, winter, spring, and summer. Participants learn basic swimming and safety skills. During the school break, we offer a weeklong Holiday Learn to Swim program for kids ages 6-17.

Austin Parks and Recreation provides accessible, diverse, and inclusive summer camps, and now offers early registration for community participants who qualify for financial aid, adaptive and inclusion support programs. There are camps for youth (ages 5 to 12) and for teens (ages 12 to 15) at select locations.

These free summer programs seek to foster healthy living, character building, and teamwork through collaborative and active play. With intentional programming developed specifically for youth, creating a space for youth to engage in activities that provide opportunities for youth to learn tools and develop skills that can help lead them to a higher quality of life.

Therapeutic summer programs embrace the diversity that defines Austin and works to ensure that all individuals are accepted, included, and welcomed to participate, play, and recreate together with a team of Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) and Inclusion Aids.

Community recreation summer programs at Recreation Centers have a youth development philosophy which focuses on providing youth opportunities to enhance their interests, skills and abilities through intentional programming and quality experiences that help develop social, emotional, ethical, physical and cognitive competencies.

As we continue the process of evaluating the availability of summer staff for all camp programs and school sites for Daze and Fest, we encourage you to join the waitlist and look for additional camps offered at our community and recreation centers, and our parks.

To achieve this mission, we provide year-round recreational programs, classes, sports leagues, summer camps and events for residents of Corte Madera and surrounding communities. Activities take place at the spacious Corte Madera Community Center and adjoining 20-acre Town Park, and at other Corte Madera locations. Offerings range from soccer leagues for Kindergarten-6th graders to softball leagues for adults, and from AARP Driver Safety to computer classes for adults 55 and over to an open gym. Events include Father-Daughter and Mother-Son Dances, Movie Nights, bingo, Breakfast with Santa and Big Band Dance.
