After spending thousands of dollars on ineffective property management companies, I decided I could do a better job myself - so I did! I started managing my own properties in NC and VA 10 years ago and would never go back.
The hardest part of being an independent landlord is tenant turnover. My service is intended to support landlords, like me, who just need a little hands-on, trusted support during turnover without the reoccuring cost of a management company.
My goal is to serve as a trusted on site person supporting tenant turnover to ensure the process is completed smoothly and any damage or necessary repairs are identified quickly.
I understand the challenges of managing rentals from afar, whether you’re overseas, out-of-state, or just busy with life. My goal is simple: make your rental turnover process seamless, efficient, and stress-free.
Our services are limited to inspections, documentation, staging, and minor reporting. We do not provide full property management and assume no responsibility for tenant actions, property damage, or repairs beyond what is documented and reported.
