All VBA regional offices are open and offering in-person public facing services for Veterans and their families. In addition to in-person services, VBA continues to offer both online and phone services for your convenience.

Pennsylvania offers assistance and other services to people and families in need. You can submit applications and renewals at your local county assistance office drop box or online using COMPASS. Caseworkers are available at the county assistance office to help you and answer your questions in person or over the phone, if the office is closed to the public.

Local offices may also be found in the state or local government pages of telephone books. Offices may be listed under "Food Stamps," "Social Services," "Human Services," "Public Assistance," or a similar title.

Effective April 25, 2022, RRB Field Offices will offer in-person appointments. To schedule an appointment, please contact the RRB by calling 877-772-5772 to speak with a representative. You can also reach out to individual offices by mail, fax or secure messaging; to find contact information for a particular office, see the Field Office Locator. Please note that most business with the RRB does not require in-person service and can be handled via telephone or written communication.

The Community Engagement Office has a cadre of 25 community relations officers (CROs) in field offices across the United States who serve as liaisons to the public, key stakeholders and ICE leadership. CROs are co-located throughout the country at either the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) or Field Office Director (FOD) field offices.
