# Privacy Policy for GlamMuse

GlamMuse ("the App") is provided by GlamorousG ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and satisfies Google Play's disclosure requirements. If you disagree with this policy, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

## 1. Data We Collect
We do **not** require you to create an account and we do **not** collect personally identifiable information directly from you.

## 2. Permissions and Their Use

Permissions can be revoked at any time via Android Settings; certain features may stop working if you do so.

## 3. Third-Party Services
The App communicates directly with the following services (each request contains only the minimal parameters required to complete the action):

These services receive your IP address and other standard HTTPS metadata necessary to deliver content. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

## 4. Advertising and Analytics
The current production build does **not** include ad SDKs or analytics frameworks. If we enable advertising or analytics in the future, we will:
1. Update this Privacy Policy before releasing the new version.
2. Honor Google Play's data collection declarations.
3. Request any additional runtime consent required by law.

## 5. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
- All wallpaper downloads, generated videos, and favorites are stored exclusively on your device using encrypted Android storage areas whenever possible (Room database and Glide disk cache).
- We do not operate a remote server for personal data. The only network calls go directly from your device to Pexels or Pixabay through HTTPS.
- You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's cache/storage or uninstalling the App.
- We apply current Android security best practices (latest SDK level, HTTPS enforcement, content providers, scoped storage) to protect cached files. However, no mobile app can guarantee absolute security.

## 6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and is not marketed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

## 7. International Users
Your requests may be processed on servers located outside of your country (e.g., Pexels/Pixabay infrastructure). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection rules.
