2. Document Processing

My Doc Scanner performs all document processing directly on your device.

Features such as:

• Image Compression

• PDF Compression

• Merge PDF

• Split PDF

• PDF to Image

• PDF Editing

• Watermark

• Signature

are processed locally on your device.

Your documents are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Camera Usage

The app uses your device camera only when you choose to scan documents.

Camera access is used solely for document scanning.

Images captured during scanning remain on your device unless you choose to save or share them.

4. Storage Access

The application saves files only after you choose to export or save them.

Files may be stored in folders such as:

• Pictures/My Doc Scanner/

• Documents/My Doc Scanner/

• Documents/My Doc Scanner/Split PDFs/

The developer cannot access these files.

5. Internet Connection

Most features of My Doc Scanner work completely offline.

Some scanning functionality provided through Google ML Kit Document Scanner may require a one-time internet connection to download required scanning components through Google Play Services.

No personal information or documents are uploaded during this process.

6. Third-Party Libraries

The application uses trusted Android libraries only to provide its features.

These include:

• Google ML Kit Document Scanner

• Jetpack Compose

• Jetpack Navigation

• Coil

• Kotlin Coroutines

These libraries are used only to provide app functionality.

The application does not use:

• Google AdMob

• Firebase Analytics

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Google Analytics

• Facebook SDK

• Third-party advertising SDKs

• Tracking SDKs

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

All documents remain under your control.

8. Data Security

Your documents remain on your device.

We do not maintain any cloud storage or remote servers for your files.

For additional security, we recommend protecting your device using a PIN, password, fingerprint, or face authentication.

9. Children's Privacy

My Doc Scanner does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Since no personal information is collected, the application complies with applicable children's privacy requirements.

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no account-related data for us to access, modify, or delete.

If you wish to remove documents created by the app, you can delete them directly from your device using your File Manager or Gallery application.
