I’m a Project Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst with 3+ years of experience delivering data-driven and automation-enabled projects across startups, agencies, and remote teams.
I specialize in AI workflow automation (n8n), AI agents, and no-code/low-code systems, helping teams turn complex data and operational requirements into clear execution plans, scalable workflows, and measurable outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and delivery, where ideas actually get shipped.
Over the past few years, I’ve:
Owned end-to-end project delivery from scoping and planning to execution and acceptance
Coordinated distributed, cross-functional teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder confidence
Built and optimized AI-assisted workflows, CRM systems, and performance dashboards that improve visibility, throughput, and decision-making
Contributed to 25+ revenue-generating funnels ($210K+) by aligning operations, automation, and analytics
I’m currently deepening my expertise in AI agents, RAG systems, and AI-driven automation, with a long-term goal of building an AI automation agency focused on operational efficiency, analytics, and intelligent workflows.
Are you building:
AI-enabled products
Automation-first operations
Data-driven teams that need clarity, speed, and structure
I’m always open to conversations around AI project delivery, automation, analytics, and scalable systems.
I developed an SQL-based analysis to help the board of directors understand wholesale sales performance across product lines, warehouses, and time periods. The company sells motorcycle parts through retail and wholesale channels, with transactions processed via multiple payment methods, each carrying different fees.
🔍 Business Problem:
The leadership team needed visibility into net wholesale revenue (after payment fees) by product line, segmented by warehouse location and monthly performance, to identify trends, uncover underperforming product categories, and support sales strategy decisions.
⚙️ Analytical Approach:
Wrote SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate sales data.
Segmented results by product line, warehouse, and month.
Incorporated payment fees to calculate true net revenue, ensuring profitability analysis reflected actual margins.
Filtered dataset to isolate wholesale transactions for more accurate B2B performance insights.
📈 Impact & Results:
Delivered a clear revenue breakdown that highlighted top-performing product lines per warehouse and month.
Enabled the board to spot seasonal demand patterns (June–August) and compare warehouse efficiency.
Provided data-driven insights to optimize sales strategy, warehouse allocation, and wholesale pricing.
Tools Used: SQL (data extraction, aggregation, and revenue analysis)
Project: International Debt Analysis using SQL
I analyzed global debt data from the World Bank to understand borrowing and repayment patterns of developing countries. Debt functions much like credit in business and consumer markets—it can fuel growth when managed effectively, but creates risk when repayment capacity is low.
🔍 Business Problem:
Just as the World Bank must evaluate countries’ debt exposure, businesses need to evaluate customers’ creditworthiness, repayment behavior, and financial health to minimize risk and optimize sales strategies. This project mirrors how data-driven debt analysis can be applied in sales financing, marketing strategy, and customer segmentation.
⚙️ Analytical Approach:
Queried international debt data with PostgreSQL to explore patterns.
Identified the highest debt holder (China) — similar to spotting high-value but high-risk customer segments.
Found the lowest repayment contributor (Timor-Leste) — analogous to tracking delinquent or low-value accounts.
Grouped data by debt indicators — mirroring how businesses segment by payment method, credit score, or purchase history.
📈 Impact & Relevance to Sales/Marketing:
Demonstrated how risk concentration can be detected in large datasets critical for sales teams managing credit-based B2B clients.
Showed how repayment behavior analysis informs better pricing, credit limits, and retention strategies.
Reinforced the value of SQL-driven insights for identifying opportunities and risks in both macroeconomic and business markets.
Tools Used: PostgreSQL (data querying, aggregation, risk analysis)
Project: Coffee Shop Sales Analysis with Excel Pivot Tables
I analyzed transaction data for a coffee shop to provide actionable insights into sales performance and customer behavior. Using Excel Pivot Tables, I aggregated and summarized the data across multiple dimensions, creating five pivot reports for easy interpretation.
🔍 Objectives & Approach:
Built pivot tables to track revenue and transactions on an hourly, weekly, and monthly basis, revealing sales patterns and peak business hours.
Categorized and summarized sales by product type, enabling visibility into which items generated the highest revenue.
Consolidated findings into a clear, structured format for business-friendly decision-making.
📈 Impact & Results:
Equipped the restaurant owner with insights on best-selling products to prioritize for inventory and marketing.
Identified low-performing items, supporting decisions on product optimization or replacement.
Enabled more efficient staffing and stock planning by highlighting time-based demand trends.
Tools Used: Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Aggregation, Data Summarization)
I analyzed chocolate sales data across multiple countries to provide actionable insights into regional revenue distribution and product performance. Using advanced data visualization and sales aggregation techniques, I created a dynamic dashboard summarizing key metrics including revenue, shipments, and product types for clear business interpretation.
🔍 Objectives & Approach:
Developed visual reports to track total revenue and shipment volumes by country, revealing Australia, USA, and UK as leading markets.
Analyzed monthly revenue trends to uncover peak periods and sales cycles, supporting strategic sales planning.
Categorized sales data across 20+ chocolate varieties, highlighting top-performing products for targeted marketing.
Employed AI-based automation to streamline data updates and enhance reporting efficiency.
📈 Impact & Results:
Delivered insights that enabled sales and marketing teams to focus on high-revenue regions and optimize promotional efforts.
Identified key sales months to improve inventory and resource allocation aligned with demand cycles.
Facilitated product portfolio optimization based on detailed segmentation of chocolate types.
Reduced manual reporting time and improved accuracy by automating data workflows with AI tools.
TOOLS USED: Power BI, Power Query.
I designed and developed an interactive sales and profitability report for Drinko, a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, using Tableau to monitor business performance and support strategic growth decisions. The report provided a comprehensive view of net sales evolution and gross profit margin trends, enabling sustainable growth analysis.
🔍 Objectives & Approach:
Utilized Tableau to track monthly net sales and gross profit margin (GP%) for assessing overall financial health and growth sustainability.
Segmented sales volume by client type (supermarkets, grocery, discounters, big-box) and product size to identify key revenue drivers.
Implemented dynamic time filters (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for detailed trend analysis and performance monitoring.
Included brand-level filtering to evaluate individual brand performance and detect profitable vs. loss-making brands over time.
📈 Impact & Results:
Enabled leadership to make informed decisions on resource allocation and brand strategy based on granular sales and profitability insights.
Helped identify high-potential client segments and optimal product sizes for targeted marketing and distribution efforts.
Supported timely strategic adjustments to optimize brand portfolio and maximize company profitability.
Fostered data-driven culture by simplifying complex sales data into actionable intelligence accessible across teams.
Tools Used: Tableau
The aim of this project was to build a dashboard to visually represent trends in hollywood most profitable stories for the year 2007-2012. The objective were to identify trends in the profitability of their movies by creating a presentation design that will help the company stakeholders make informed decision on areas of improvement from actionable insights. The analysis was done using excel for data wrangling and formatting of all inconsistencies to ensure data completeness and accuracy; it was then visualized on tableau desktop to extract useful insights from the analysis
