Pricing and Quotes

Everyone’s situation is different, so we give simple, written quotes instead of one-size-fits-all prices.

NDIS-funded supports
We charge in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Support Coordination, daily living supports and cleaning.
There are no gap fees – supports are billed directly to your NDIS plan (Plan, Self or Agency managed, depending on your setup).

Private / non-NDIS supports
You can also work with My Connect Hub privately for:
• Mental health support & Recovery Coaching
• Home cleaning & household tasks
• Daily living support / support work

Private pricing depends on things like how often we see you, where you live, travel time and whether you need after-hours or weekend support.
