Based in Melbourne, My Connect Hub supports people in person across the northern and western suburbs, and remotely for Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching.
Northern suburbs (and surrounds):
Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Mickleham, Kalkallo, Donnybrook, Epping, Lalor, Thomastown, Mill Park, Bundoora, Reservoir, Preston, Broadmeadows, Glenroy, Fawkner, Coburg, Pascoe Vale and nearby areas.
Western suburbs (and surrounds):
Sunshine, St Albans, Keilor Downs, Taylors Lakes, Caroline Springs, Deer Park, Burnside, Albanvale, Melton, Rockbank, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook and nearby areas.
Remote / online support:
Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching can be provided remotely, so we can work with participants outside these suburbs where appropriate.
