1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy applies to My Body Calculator (package name: com.jvx.healthy_app), an Android application developed and published by JovegaX ("we," "us," or "our").
My Body Calculator allows users to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI), estimate Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Lean Body Mass (LBM), and explore reference weight ranges.
The application operates entirely locally on your device. It does not require an account, transmit information to external servers, or save your measurements or results between sessions.
2. INFORMATION YOU ENTER IN THE APP
Depending on the calculator selected, you may enter or select:
* Age
* Sex used for calculation
* Weight
* Height
* US or metric units
The application uses this information only to perform the requested calculations and display results during the current session.
Entering this information is voluntary. However, certain measurements are necessary for the selected calculator to function.
JovegaX does not receive or remotely access the information you enter or the results generated by the application.
3. PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE USER DATA
Body measurements and calculated results may constitute personal or sensitive health-related information. My Body Calculator processes this information exclusively on your device to provide its calculation features.
The application does not require your name, email address, phone number, location, payment information, contacts, or photos.
JovegaX does not collect information from your device through the application or transmit, sell, rent, or share your measurements or results with third parties.
4. TEMPORARY PROCESSING AND LOCAL STORAGE
Measurements, selections, and results are used temporarily during the current application session. The application does not save them in a persistent database, create a calculation history, or restore them for future sessions.
The application does not upload information, synchronize data with cloud services, or create backup files containing your measurements or results.
Temporarily switching to another application may leave the current session active until Android closes the application or its process ends.
5. EXPORTING AND SHARING DATA
My Body Calculator does not include features for exporting or sharing measurements or calculation results.
If you independently take a screenshot or use your device's tools to capture or share information displayed in the application, those copies are controlled by you and the services you choose. JovegaX does not receive those copies through My Body Calculator.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, ADVERTISING, AND ANALYTICS
My Body Calculator does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud synchronization, or user-account services.
The application does not integrate third-party services or software development kits designed to collect user data, and it does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
The operating system and application distribution platform may process information independently under their own privacy policies. This is separate from the application's local processing of your measurements and results.
7. DATA SECURITY
My Body Calculator limits exposure of your information by processing it locally and not persistently storing or transmitting your measurements and results.
Access to information displayed during a session depends on the security of your device. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your operating system updated.
No device or processing method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. JovegaX does not operate external servers that receive or store your My Body Calculator measurements or results.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Measurements and calculation results are available only during the current session and are discarded when that session ends. They are not retained for future use.
To end an active application session, you may force-stop My Body Calculator through Android settings. Merely switching applications may not end the session.
Because the application does not create accounts or retain measurements and results on external servers, there is no server-based account or calculation history for JovegaX to delete.
Any screenshots or other copies you create independently must be deleted separately from your device or the service where you saved them.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
My Body Calculator does not collect or transmit children's personal information to JovegaX and does not provide accounts or tracking features.
Any information entered into the calculators is processed locally and temporarily as described in this Privacy Policy, regardless of the user's age.
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's features or data-handling practices change, or when required by applicable law or Google Play policies. Updates will be posted on the application's publicly available privacy-policy page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
If a future version introduces persistent storage, advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud services, or other changes to how information is handled, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated as applicable.
