TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIMBIC APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR:
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (II) THE LOSS OF YOUR ON-DEVICE CONTENT; (III) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP (INCLUDING FORUM POSTS); OR (IV) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE AI CHAT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limbic Apps and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through the App or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
