If you want a reliable bridge to listen on wired headphones while keeping your phone charged, choose Mxcudu USB C; if you need a durable backup power solution for bone conduction headphones or smart wearables, choose Vtyzcm 2-Pack.
These two products solve entirely different problems, yet both appear in searches from people struggling with connectivity and charging issues. The Mxcudu unit is a dedicated adapter designed to give you audio and power simultaneously through a single port on modern smartphones. It is the essential tool for anyone who refuses to switch to wireless earbuds but owns a device that has removed the traditional headphone jack. In contrast, the Vtyzcm 2-Pack is a universal magnetic charging cable intended for a specific niche of wearable tech. Its primary value lies in providing a secure, fast-charging connection for devices like bone conduction headphones, smartwatches, and fitness trackers that use a 4-pin magnetic interface.
For shoppers looking for best in ear earbuds for big ears who rely on wired connections due to fit preferences, the Mxcudu adapter is often the missing link. However, if your goal is finding best lightweight on ear headphones for big ears that happen to be bone conduction models, the Vtyzcm charger becomes critical for maintaining battery life during long runs or commutes. You cannot swap these items; one is an audio bridge, and the other is a power source. Understanding this distinction is the only way to make the right choice without wasting money on the wrong accessory.
• Mxcudu USB C: Offers simultaneous high-fidelity audio playback and 60W Power Delivery charging, but it is strictly limited to USB-C phones and tablets, not data transfer devices.
• Vtyzcm 2-Pack: Provides a robust, tangle-free magnetic charging solution for 4-pin wearables with a 7.62mm pin pitch, but it functions solely as a charger and cannot transmit audio.
• Who should buy Mxcudu: Users of iPhone 15 series, Samsung Galaxy S24/S23, and Pixel devices who need to charge and listen to music at the same time.
• Who should buy Vtyzcm: Owners of bone conduction headphones, smart glasses, or fitness trackers requiring a secure, magnetic replacement charging cable.
The Mxcudu adapter is engineered for a very specific moment in modern technology: the transition away from the 3.5mm headphone jack. If you own a smartphone like the iPhone 15 Pro Max or a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, you likely have a USB-C port that handles everything. This adapter splits that single port into two distinct functions. It allows you to plug in standard 3.5mm headphones while simultaneously connecting a USB-C power source to charge your phone. This "2-in-1" capability is its defining feature. Without this dongle, you would have to choose between listening to music or recharging your battery when using wired headphones. With it, you can do both without interruption.
The audio performance is built around a Realtek DAC chip capable of handling Hi-Res audio up to 32-bit/384kHz. This specification suggests that the adapter is designed to preserve sound quality rather than degrade it. It supports noise reduction and aims to provide a stable decoding performance that matches the capabilities of high-end wired headphones. The design itself uses a white integrated look with premium TPE materials and a nylon braided cable. At just 11 grams, it is incredibly lightweight, making it easy to carry in a pocket or bag without adding noticeable bulk. The durability tests passed by the manufacturer indicate it can withstand the daily rigors of being plugged and unplugged repeatedly.

However, this product has strict compatibility limitations that every potential buyer must respect. It works with most USB-C phones, tablets, and laptops, including the Google Pixel 8 and various iPad models. Crucially, it does not support data transfer, meaning you cannot use it to move files between your computer and phone. Furthermore, it is explicitly incompatible with Moto phones and OnePlus phones. It also does not work for car calling or square card readers. If you are looking for best bone conduction headphones for big ears that connect via a 3.5mm jack, this adapter is the perfect companion, allowing you to use those headphones with a phone that lacks a native jack. But if your device is not on the supported list, or if you need to charge a wearable, this item will not function.
The Vtyzcm 2-Pack serves a completely different ecosystem: the world of wearable technology. This is not an audio adapter; it is a charging cable. Specifically, it is designed for devices that utilize a 4-pin magnetic connector with a pin-pitch spacing of approximately 7.5mm to 8mm (specifically 7.62mm). This includes many models of bone conduction headphones, smartwatches, fitness trackers, and smart glasses. If you have lost your original charger or need a spare for travel, this cable provides a reliable alternative. The package includes two units, which is a significant advantage for households with multiple compatible devices or for travelers who want to keep one at home and one in their bag.
The engineering here focuses on security and speed. The cable features strong neodymium magnets that ensure the connector aligns perfectly and locks into place. This auto-lock design prevents the common frustration of a charging cable slipping off a wrist or headband during movement. Inside, the upgraded pure copper core facilitates rapid power transfer, aiming to fully charge compatible devices in about two hours. The smart conduction technology helps manage energy flow, reducing heat generation which is vital for the longevity of small lithium-ion batteries found in wearables. Safety is also a priority, with built-in protection against over-voltage, over-current, and short circuits.
Durability is another key selling point for this product. The housing is made of premium ABS plastic, and the cable itself is flexible PVC tested to withstand over 5000 bends. This level of testing suggests it is built to survive the constant coiling and uncoiling typical of travel gear. The compact, tangle-free design makes it easy to pack. For someone seeking best lightweight on ear headphones for big ears, particularly bone conduction models that sit outside the ear canal, having a reliable charging solution is essential. These headphones often require frequent charging due to their usage patterns. While the Mxcudu helps you listen, the Vtyzcm ensures your listening device stays powered. Just remember to measure your device's contact spacing before buying, as the 7.62mm pitch is a specific requirement.

I recommend the Mxcudu USB C if your primary struggle is finding a way to use your favorite wired headphones with a modern smartphone that has no jack. The ability to charge and listen simultaneously is a game-changer for commuters and travelers who refuse to compromise on audio quality or battery life. It solves a genuine hardware gap left by manufacturers removing the 3.5mm port.
However, I recommend the Vtyzcm 2-Pack if you already own bone conduction headphones or similar wearables and find yourself constantly hunting for a working charger. The magnetic convenience and the inclusion of two cables make it an indispensable backup tool. Ultimately, if you had to pick one to start with, the Mxcudu addresses the more fundamental connectivity issue for the average smartphone user, whereas the Vtyzcm is a specialized accessory for a specific subset of gear.
