Housing assignments will be based on the date registration & payment are received.
Check-in is from 4:30-6:30pm on Sunday, August 2.
Everyone coming to camp must submit a Registration Form with payment in full.
$25/household late registration fee for registrations received after July 12.
Registrations received after July 12 will not receive a shirt.
Cancellations after July 12 will receive a 50% refund.
Make checks payable to Northfield Christian Fellowship & write Church Camp in the memo.

Allergies & Special Needs
Please list any & ALL allergies and special needs so we may help you and/or your child have the best possible experience.
If you need help with a special needs child during the week, please contact NCF to provide further details.
Housing
Retreat Center & Activity Center – hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms. Due to a limited number, no single occupancy rooms will be allowed. Each room has 1 full and 4 twin beds
Dorms – twin bunk beds with community bathrooms. Rooms sleep from 4 to 6 people.
Part-Time Campers
Priority housing is given to full-time campers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Infants and Children
Children entering 6th grade and under will room with their parent(s) or guardian.
Plan to bring the items your younger children require – crib, playpens, high chair, etc.
Under 18
All children (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (either parent or guardian).
Guardians must be age 21 and over and assume full responsibility for the child/children in their care. The guardian’s signature must appear on the registration form.
A Medical/Liability Release Form must be completed by all campers under 18 who attend Midwest Camp without a parent present.
Campers attending without an adult present are responsible for organizing transportation to and from camp.
Camp Guidelines
We are guests at Lake Placid. Appropriate behavior is expected of all those attending Camp.
Any camper whose behavior is deemed inappropriate by the camp staff will be subject to dismissal from the campground.
Repair of damages to rooms, camp property, or the property of others will be the responsibility of those causing the damage.
Proper modest attire is to be worn at all times (no bikinis or tummy-baring apparel).
Following the curfew and lights-out guidelines.
Respecting your counselors & peers.
Attendance at the mandatory sessions.
Recreation Facilities
Recreational facilities include: paddleboards & rowboats, an indoor gymnasium, human foosball, cornhole boards, horseshoe pits, gaga ball, outdoor basketball courts, disc golf, sand volleyball, swimming beach (with a slide, diving board & platform), tetherball poles, playground, soccer field, sports field for baseball.
What to Bring
Pillows, sleeping bag or bed linens, blankets, towels. Bed linens & towels are NOT provided. There are laundry facilities within an 8-15 minute drive.
Bring your Bible, notebook, pens/pencils, flashlight, bug spray, umbrella, bathrobe, hangers, drying rack, beach towels, sunscreen, lawn chairs, and closed-toed shoes.
Infant care items (high chair, crib, etc.).
What Not to Bring
No cooking appliances or open flames (candles) are allowed.
The possession, sale, or use of tobacco products, alcohol, fireworks, or illegal drugs is prohibited on campus.
