Advanced bathing solution— why take the mess home?
At Mutts & Moggies Self-Serve Pet Wash, our goal is to provide you and your pet
a safe and stress-free bathing experience.
Then come the question: why not bathe at home?
Just imagine this scenario: you bent over, trying to keep an escape artist from jumping tub or ramming into the shower door. At the same time, water is splashing everywhere, while you are reaching for some shampoo. Sounds messy, doesn't it?
Our set up is professionally done so the owners don't need to bend over back, pets are secured, and you don't need to worry about getting water on the walls.
However, we can't guarantee if you'll be the one getting wet instead ;)
We are pet owners, too!
We know the cost of of a simple wash at the groomers can take a chunk out of your wallet.
You are welcome to bring your own shampoo!
So what's stopping you from trying a self-wash?
The Self-wash Experience
Super efficient: Wash stations are enclosed, set at the prefect height and equipped with a collar lead, so your dog is secure and safe. Aprons are also available to protect you from getting wet. Easy to use and safe for all dogs and cats.
Less ANXIETY for your pet: Rather having your pet being bathed by another person, your pet will be less stressed and more cooperative knowing you are there.
At YOUR schedule: Whether you would like a quick wash in between grooming or after a swim in the beach. Don't need to wait until the next grooming appointment to have your pet feeling refreshed.
Cost Efficient: A 12 minute full cycle wash timer includes: rinse, shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick shampoo and a hi / lo blow dryer - with an option to extend.The cost is a fraction from the groomers basic wash & blow dry!
You are welcome to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and do a rinse cycle. We will provide the towel service!
We offer a relaxed and positive environment for both you, the owner and your pet. Plus treats for your pets for good behaviour!
Self-Serve Pet Wash Rules
Please read the washing instructions and rules BEFORE inserting payment or token. Our staff is more than happy to explain the instructions in detail if needed. No extra time can be provided without payment.
Please leave your pet in the tub when using the forced air blowers. The blowers are to be used to remove excess hair and water from your pets’ coat. The blowers should not be used to get your dog completely dry.
Please put used towels in the hamper
Please do not use the towels on the floor – The staff will clean up any excess water on the floor when you are done.
Please notify us if there is a mess that needs to be cleaned up right away, we will be happy to take care of it.
Complimentary cotton balls, cotton pads, trimming scissors, and finishing spritz sprays are available for use, please only use what is needed to prevent waste.
Restraints are provided in the tubs to prevent your dog from jumping out.
DO NOT leave your pet unattended at any time.
Please remember that there are other pets in the building, for the safety of all, keep control of your pet. Disruptive/Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave.
By entering and using the self-serve pet wash area, you agree to waive all liability against The Raw Connoisseurs/ Mutts & Moggies and its owners for any injuries to you and your pet, damages, and lost items.
