# شروط الاستخدام — تطبيق الطفل المسلم

مرحباً بك في تطبيق "الطفل المسلم". باستخدامك للتطبيق، أنت توافق على الشروط التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.
## 1. قبول الشروط
بتنزيل التطبيق أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
## 2. وصف الخدمة
"الطفل المسلم" هو تطبيق تعليمي إسلامي للأطفال (٢-١٢ سنة) يقدم محتوى تعليمي عن:
- الوضوء، الصلاة، آداب الطعام والوالدين والمدرسة
- قصص الأنبياء والصحابة والخلفاء الراشدين
- الأذكار، القرآن، الأدعية
- مسابقات تعليمية ومتابعة جدولية
## 3. الاشتراكات (Premium)
### الخطط المتاحة:
- **شهرى:** $1.99 شهرياً
- **سنوى:** $19.99 سنوياً (وفّر 17%)
- **مدى الحياة:** $34.99 (دفعة واحدة)
### تجديد تلقائي:
- الاشتراكات الشهرية والسنوية تتجدد تلقائياً قبل انتهاء فترة الاشتراك.
- سيتم خصم قيمة التجديد من حساب App Store الخاص بك.
- يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات App Store، ويسرى الإلغاء في نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية.
### التجربة المجانية:
- متوفرة لـ 3 أيام فقط للمشتركين الجدد عبر App Store.
- يبدأ الخصم تلقائياً بعد انتهاء التجربة ما لم تلغها قبل نهاية الفترة.
## 4. التبرعات
نوفر خيار التبرع بمبالغ ($1.99 - $99.99) لدعم تطوير التطبيق. التبرعات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
## 5. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
كل المحتوى (الصور، النصوص، الصوتيات، التصميم) ملك لـ "الطفل المسلم" أو حاصلين على ترخيص لاستخدامه. لا يجوز نسخه أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن مكتوب.
## 6. حسابات المستخدمين
- يمكنك التسجيل بحساب Google أو Apple أو كضيف.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الحساب.
- يحق لك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق.
## 7. سلوك المستخدم
أنت توافق على عدم:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
- محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو التحايل على نظام الاشتراك
- إعادة بيع المحتوى أو توزيعه
## 8. إخلاء المسؤولية
- التطبيق يُقدَّم "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
- نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة قد تنشأ من استخدام التطبيق.
## 9. تعديلات الشروط
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. التعديلات تسرى من تاريخ نشرها على هذه الصفحة.
## 10. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

Welcome to "Muslim Kid". By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
## 2. Service Description
"Muslim Kid" is an Islamic educational app for children (ages 2-12) offering content about:
- Wudu, Salah, etiquette of food, parents, and school
- Stories of Prophets, Companions, and Rightly-Guided Caliphs
- Adhkar, Quran, Duas
- Educational quizzes and daily tracker
## 3. Subscriptions (Premium)
### Available Plans:
- **Monthly:** $1.99 per month
- **Yearly:** $19.99 per year (save 17%)
- **Lifetime:** $34.99 (one-time payment)
### Auto-Renewal:
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges will be billed to your App Store account.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
### Free Trial:
- A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers via App Store.
- Charges begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
## 4. Donations
We offer optional donations ($1.99 - $99.99) to support the app's development. Donations are non-refundable.
## 5. Intellectual Property
All content (images, text, audio, design) is owned by "Muslim Kid" or licensed to us. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
## 6. User Accounts
- You may sign in with Google, Apple, or as a Guest.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings.
## 7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to hack the app or circumvent the subscription system
- Resell or redistribute the content
## 8. Disclaimer
- The app is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
- We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
## 9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
## 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
