Welcome to Music for Memory and Movement
Our program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of nursing home residents through music therapy. We focus on slowing the progression of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other conditions by integrating music and rhythmic dance into our sessions. Our goal is to improve emotional well-being, social engagement, and physical movement through the power of music.

Our sessions involve singing, dancing, and reminiscing about favorite songs from the past. Participants are encouraged to express themselves through movement and to share their memories associated with the music. Each session is crafted to create a joyful and therapeutic environment.
