About Me

Hi, I'm Miss Laura! (I also answer to "Guitar Lady," "Music Lady," "Miz Wawa," and for a certain special dude, "Mom.") I have been teaching and performing music for young children since 2011, and I truly love what I do. My goal is to help each individual child express their creativity, build self-esteem, and have FUN with music! 

I teach musical enrichment programs in preschools and daycares throughout the BucksMont area in PA. In addition to my classes, I also perform at birthday parties, family concerts and special events for kids from infant to Kindergarten age. 

With a strong multi-instrumental and performance background, I like to emphasize music as something we can create together. I encourage each child to use their own voice and bring their own ideas into our songs and activities. Through the use of imaginative storytelling and lots of hands-on materials, we explore foundational principles such as rhythm, pitch, dynamics and tempo. My style is silly and rockin', but always full of warmth and kindness.

Whether it's singing Do Re Mi or jamming out with a freeze dance, Music With Miss Laura is always a blast. Let's book some music time together!
