I keep my software up to date and even was a beta tester for Apple for iOS for several years. This is a bug or (shiver) a programmed response within the iOS that has been a continuous problem. Outside sources have been able to resolve it by deleting the music app, which I am about to that point. I was hoping that my favorite manufacturer since 1986 would have a better response than, "update and restart" when that hasn't fixed it for years.
