Detail of three gigliati of Anjou (1309-1343)

In a house just outside the burg, a treasure of 210 silver coins was found in 1970, hidden for six centuries. Almost all of these coins are "gigliati" minted in Naples under Robert of Anjou, but there are also "tornesi" (13th century) and "pierreali" (15th century).
