Protonobilissimos' semi-underground olive oil mill (17th century)

Finished in 1602, the Protonobilissimos' semi-underground olive oil mill worked until the early 20th century. In the middle of the big room, covered by a barrel vault, there is the limestone milling basin, while on its sides you can see two wooden presses for the olive paste.
