2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

MuseAI is an AI-powered music creation platform. You provide text descriptions, and our AI generates original music tracks.

3. OWNERSHIP OF GENERATED MUSIC

You retain full ownership of music you generate using MuseAI. You may use it for commercial purposes subject to your subscription tier.
Free Tier: Personal use only
Plus/Pro Tier: Commercial use allowed

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or extract AI training data
• Circumvent technical protection measures
• Resell the app or service

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Free Tier:
• 1 generation per day
• 30-second duration
• Lyria 3 Clip model
Plus Tier ($9.99/month or $79.99/year):
• 200 credits per month
• Up to 90 seconds
• Lyria 3 Pro model
• 7-day free trial
Pro Tier ($19.99/month or $159.99/year):
• 500 credits per month
• Up to 180 seconds
• Lyria 3 Pro model
• Priority generation
• 7-day free trial
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Managed through Apple App Store subscriptions.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

MuseAI uses:
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Google Gemini AI (music generation)
• Google Cloud (backend infrastructure)
• Firebase (analytics)
Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MuseAI platform, AI models, and technology remain the exclusive property of MuseAI. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit the service without permission.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MuseAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific quality of generated music
• That generated music will be free from copyright claims

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, not exceeding $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We collect usage data and prompts to improve our AI models. We do NOT sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

This agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
