Social-Emotional Wellness
Social-Emotional Wellness refers to essential life skills that allow us to thrive in the face of challenges and to better understand ourselves, others, and our place within the community. We hope to support our MUSD families as they continue to nurture and maintain their social-emotional well-being during this time.
(Social-emotional skills may include: understanding and managing emotions, establishing and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships, developing a healthy self-identity, communicating effectively, and approaching challenges with determination and resiliency.)
