PRSSA Cookout Spring 2024

The PRSSA held a cookout to fundraise for PRSSA events such as Networking in Nashville and the national ICON event that connect students with alumni and peers in the PR field.

Local Murray delhi, Off the Hoof, donated hotdogs for the event and popsicles were also sold. The chapter made $197 in profit and plan to host the cookout annually.

The fundraiser also served as a learning experience. Through the planning of this event, club member learned valuable skills such as contacting local businesses for sponsorship, marketing and promoting tactics, and overall organization of event planning.
